We are the cooperative unit and founding partner of the "International Seminar on domestic and foreign media rushing to aid Russia's information war" launched by the Russia China Strategic Cooperation Association in Beijing, China on April 21, 2022. 1. We take the initiative of "Media communities for the world peace and development":Following the voyage of strategic cooperation between China and Russia opened by President Xi Jinping of China and President Putin of the Russian Federation, and taking the exchange of national gifts "sailboats" by the heads of state of the two countries as the symbol and concept, we will strengthen the noble spirit of peace, friendship and development cooperation between the two countries, as well as between the progressive mankind and governments of Eurasia and the world.
2. Our proposal:Based on the fact that mankind is facing great changes that have not been seen in a century, the COVID-19, natural disasters, poverty and backwardness, cold war bullying, as well as long-term international disputes and the recent military conflicts between Russia and Ukraine, we deeply feel the urgent need to safeguard the achievements of world War II, the status of the United Nations and the international order, and we need to act quickly.
3. We propose: To safeguard the UN ‘Charter’ and the millennium development plan, we must build a Eurasian and global development belt and the cause of a community with a shared future for mankind with "peaceful development and solidarity", adhere to the indivisibility of national sovereignty and regional security, adhere to the irreversibility of people's well-being and international stability, and oppose the "Color Revolution" manipulated by the new cold war and new hegemony, which endangers the world.
4. We propose that people and governments around the world who love peace and adhere to common development unite to eradicate the disorder of the world's political ecology and human natural ecology, oppose the brutal "sanctions" imposed by the United States and NATO on sovereign countries, information and public opinion war, economic and cultural war and virus biological war, and oppose any act that hinders the process of "promoting peacekeeping" and undermines the progress of China, Russia, Eurasia and the world.
5. We propose to take "international cooperation and win-win for mankind" as the noble purpose, take the "peaceful development" of the United Nations mechanism as the common value, and set up a transnational organization "Media communities for the world peace and development" to help Russia at the beginning of the information war, and gradually upgrade to establish the "Media communities for the world peace and development" and even the integrated and systematic operation organization of platforms, think tanks, funds and exhibitions.
6. We propose that the "Media communities for the world peace and development" must carry forward the founding spirit, solidarity and dedication of the organization's "421", take the media at home and abroad as the position and all walks of life as resources, and commit to the new era of peace in all countries and the new realm of human development. Once the constitution of the Organizing Committee of the organization is issued, the overall cause will be pushed to an unprecedented new height.
